The certified process server acts as an unbiased third-party to your
legal proceedings. Process Servers are officers of the court.
2. How do I know that my papers
have been served?
Vegas Proserve will contact you at every attempt made.
Generally, three attempts are included in your fee. When the documents
have been successfully served, we create an affidavit of service
that we file with the court within 48 hours of serving your documents.
A copy of the certificate of service will be mailed to you.

9. How can I track the "status
of papers" that we give to Vegas Proserve?
You can do this daily, as often as desired, by logging onto our
"Online Process
Serving Database", where the status of all papers that
you give us to serve are located. You log into the database using
a "private user name and password" that we assign to you.
When you log in, you will be able to view the full status
of each paper you give to us to serve, and if the paper has been
sucessfully served you will also be able to view an affidavit of
service or other document we file with the court.
